A Nice Run This Morning in Ho Chi Minh City

I am back in Ho Chi Minh City and could go for a nice run this morning.

Two Morning Runs in Taipei

I am so glad that I could put in two morning runs in the beautiful city of Taipei.

On Friday, I ran east from my hotel - it rained pretty much the entire time.

A Nice Run for a Change

Since I caught a cold last month, I was absent from running for three weeks!  I could finally go for a nice run today.
