Local Runs of the past week.

I enjoyed running three times in my neighborhood in the past week.

Last Tuesday - it was a beautiful morning.

A Nice Walk in Kesennuma

Since I have a bad lower-back situation, I have not been able to run.  But for the first time in a while, could do a nice walk in Kesennuma.

There still were many construction projects going on.

Despite rain, I run on Friday and yesterday.

It was raining all the time during my run two mornings ago.

Two Runs in Toyama Prefecture

 I had two runs in Toyama Prefecture this week.

Monday, I was in Toyama City.
