Two Runs of the Last Week

I am slowly getting back to running - I could put in two sessions last week.

Wednesday in early evening, I ran down Kanda River to Takaido Park.  The moon was amazing.

My First Run in Over Two Months

Yesterday morning, I went out for my first run since August!  I could not go far or fast, but it is a start of my recovery.  Enjoyed the run in the area I know very well.
