Roppongi - Arisugawa Park Run

This morning, I could go for a run in the middle of Tokyo.  I enjoyed running in Roppongi and through Arisugawa Park.

Two Morning Runs in Madrid

I was very happy to be back in the beautiful city of Madrid last week.  I could put in a couple of nice runs.  This is late in posting.
