I was back in Mishima - and took a nice walk this morning - despite the rain.
There are many places in the city where spring water from Mt. Fuji comes out.
This is how it works.
Clean little streams.
A side entrance to Mishima Taisha Shrine.
An approach to the shrine.
Komainu on the both side of the approach.
Goshinboku or Sacred Tree.
A legend says that Yoritomo sat on this rock.
The sacred emblem of the shrine - "5-7 paulownia".
A walkway.
A tea ceremony garden.
The entrance to Rakuju-En.
At Shirataki (White Water Fall) Park, you can drink the well water.
Local Yuru-chara - Mishimaru-kun.
