It was raining cold this morning in Kinugawa Onsen. I braved a run - and it turned out great!
There are many hotels that were shut down.
A monument reminds us of Boshin War. The battle that look place here was one of a few losing fight by Meiji Government in 1868.
A stream by the monument - there must have been samurai fights here.

Kurogane Bridge - the original bridge was completed in 1910.

I was lucky to see a testing of a steam locomotive due to debut this summer.
