This morning, I had a very nice run in Kyoto - around Takaraga Ike Pond. This was a really lovely area.
The pond is about 1.5 km in circumference.
Got an interesting panorama photo.
Kyoto International Conference Center is right by the pond on the north side.
A beautiful horse statues by Jorge de la Pena an artist from a sister city - Guadarajara, Mexico.
Cute little pair of ducks.
The pond as seen from the southern edge.
A trail outside of the pond.
The trail followed Takanogawa River.
A peak of a mountain range seen from Takaragaike Park.
The convention center seen from the entrance approach area.
