I was very lucky to spend several days in Rio de Janeiro this week. I could run on beaches.
In the morning of Tuesday, I mainly ran on Copacabana Beach. It was a bit late in AM, so it was so HOT.
A big side walk by the beach - so it was easy to run.
A couple looks at Ayrton Senna statue.
There was a filming of a show going on.
The view of the beach from the eastern end - Ponta do Leme.
Then I ran back on the sandy beach.
I went over to Ipanema side a bit.
These are views from the eastern edge of Ipanema Beach.
Next morning, I could run mainly on Ipanema Beach - earlier in the morning.
Here's a walkway to the Beach on the east side.
I mainly ran on the sand first.
Views from the western end of the beach - Mirante do Leblon.
Then I ran back on the sidewalk.
A surfing school.
I ran in the city a bit - a gasoline station.
An area of Favela was seen on the hill.
Then back on Copacabana Beach.
I enjoyed the two runs very much.
