Two Runs in Fukuno

Last Wednesday and Thursday mornings, I ran in Fukuno.

First morning, I ran west from my hotel.

A construction site.

A river.

This was as far as I went.

This house had solar panels all over its roof.

I crossed the old bridge being replaced by new.

Next morning had a colder temperature - it was minus 1.

This time, I went through town and went east.

Some parts were very slippery.

A Morning Run in Nagoya

 Last Wednesday morning, I went for a nice run in Nagoya.

A famous ceramics company HQ.

Nice shopping mall.

A Run at Shin-Chitose Airport

I stayed overnight at the Airport Hotel at New Chitose Airport.  Last Wednesday morning, I ran around the area.  It was -7 degrees C!
