Two Morning Runs in Ho Chi Minh

I stayed in Ho Chi Minh City for several days and could go for nice runs on Saturday and Monday.

At Hon Vien Van Hoa Park, many people were exercising.

A Run in Upper Newport Bay

Saturday morning, I could go for a fairly long run along the east side of Upper Newport Bay area.

San Bruno + Milbrae Run

I stayed by San Francisco International Airport this week.  I had enough time to put in semi-long run mostly in San Bruno and a bit in Milbrae on the late afternoon of Wednesday.

A big hill - San Bruno Avenue West - about 3 km long and 150 meter climb!
